WBLAHS Swim & Dive
WELCOME to the WBLAHS Girls' Swim & Dive Team!
We are a no-cut program open to swimmers and divers of all skill-levels in grades 7-12. There is a place for everyone on our pool deck. Practice for the 2025-26 season begins Monday, August 11 from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. at the
White Bear YMCA.
Practice Schedule

Practice is held at our Home Pool - White Bear YMCA

There is no practice on meet days.

Transportation
​
Buses are provided for all conference away meets. Student Athletes are expected to ride to and from away meets as a team. Buses are provided for certain away Invitations meets on Saturdays. Watch for emails from Coach Tia.
Home Meets
Team members must be at the Y by 4:00pm (middle schoolers are to arrive by 4:30pm), suited up and ready to go. Warmups start at 4:30pm. Meets starts at 6:00pm.
